MEMBERSHIP
Your monthly membership supports the ongoing operation and recreational opportunities of Plumhouse. Membership is not a ticket to individual events, but a contribution toward shared access to our social facilities, resources, and culture.
PAYMENT SCHEDULE
You will be charged monthly on the same calendar date that your membership starts. For example, if you join on 5/22/2025, your next charge will be on 6/22/2025.
MEMBERSHIP UPGRADES
You can upgrade anytime. The upgrade fee is prorated based on how many days remain in your billing cycle. The full cost of the new tier begins on your next recurring payment date.
Example: If you join PLUMFAM for $50 on May 12 and upgrade to PLUMCORE on May 23, you’ll pay $31.66 immediately. The full $100 will then be charged on June 12.
MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION
You must cancel your membership before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged. Once processed, membership fees are non-refundable.
STANDARD EVENTS
Standard events are perks for all members and includes Abduction, Rampage, Abyss/Sleazer and Smorgusboard. As time progresses we will likely add more events and opportunities for members to connect.
COLLAB EVENTS
Collab events are for PLUMCORE & PLUMLEGACY members and includes all collaborations with other collectives. This currently includes Jaguar Occult events, Octane, Afterparty Nation events, Intricacy events, Fission, and all future collaborations.
DISCORD
Membership grants you access to our Discord, where members can connect and communicate digitally about a number of topics. This is also where voting for artists will take place.
EXCLUSIVE FREE MERCH
Every quarter, Plumhouse will provide a new free item for PLUMCORE and PLUMLEGACY members. These are meant to be collectibles and not resold.
DEDICATED LOCKERS
The first 43 PLUMLEGACY members will receive a personal locker. Everyone after will be put on a waitlist and receive them as they become available.
FAST PASS
PLUMLEGACY Members will have the privilege of skipping the door line, no matter how long, but will still be subject to security and checking in themselves and any guests they bring.
HEADLINERS
At least once a month, Plumhouse will bring in an artist from out of state to perform for our community. PLUMLEGACY members have the privilege of proposing and voting for which artists we bring out in the future.
METAL PLUM CARD
PLUMLEGACY members will receive a collectible metal card for easy entry.
MEET AND GREET
PLUMLEGACY members will have the opportunity to meet some of the biggest and best performers coming through.
ALCOHOL POLICY
Plumhouse is a private 501(c)(7) membership-based community organization. Membership dues and event contributions support the operation of the venue, member services, and community programming. No alcohol is provided, served, or sold by this organization or its representatives. Members are permitted, at their sole discretion, to bring their own refreshments to private gatherings, including personal alcoholic beverages, provided it is in accordance with state and local law. No glass is permitted upon the property. The organization does not derive financial benefit from the consumption or presence of alcohol. Any fees paid are solely for space usage, community development, and access to amenities not related to alcohol. Alcohol consumption is neither a condition of entry nor a benefit of membership. It is a private act undertaken by individual members who assume full personal responsibility.
GUEST POLICY
Members are permitted to bring the allocated guests per their membership level. This in order to recruit new members to our 501(c)(7) social club who align with our mission and vision. All guests will have to check in at the entry and be vetted in order to allow entrance into our private events. Guests do not have to pay to get in. Members are allowed to bring 2 of their allocated guests per night.
CODE OF CONDUCT
Always treat each other with respect. Always know your limits. No violence of any kind. No creeps, informed consent is the only way. Protect your hearing. Treat our venue, staff, and artists with respect. Look out for one another. If you see something, say something. Enjoy the space, sound, people, and freedom in a way that fosters our community.
PRIVACY & MEDIA USE
Plumhouse reserves the right to film and document the culture. All media we produce is for our members to look back and appreciate the experience we collectively create.
REPORTING & ACCOUNTABILITY
We encourage all members to speak up or report unsafe behavior. Reports can be made confidentially to designated Community Safety Officers. We are committed to addressing reports fairly, promptly, and transparently, in accordance with our bylaws and restorative practices when appropriate.
COLLECTIVE RESPONSIBILITY
Creating a safe environment is a shared responsibility. All members agree to look out for one another, offer support when needed, and help uphold this code of safety and respect.
TERMINATION OF MEMBERSHIP
If you instigate violence, get caught stealing, or if you get three strikes for non-consensual behavior, your membership will be terminated by Plumhouse and you will not be permitted to return.
